Jerry Dotson Jerry Dotson is President of Alternative Housing Solutions. Jerry started AHS in September of 2000. Since that time, they have sold over 120 homes to the people of Western North Carolina. Jerry graduated from Western Carolina University with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and a Master's Degree in Entreprenuership. He has been actively involved in the housing industry for over 20 years. His philosophy is really quite simple, "treat everyone with respect." Kris Dotson Kristopher is the General Manager at AHS. He is a graduate of Mars Hill College with extensive personal knowledge of this industry. He has been actively employed in this industry for over 5 years, but has been around the industry since he could barely walk. Kris is in charge of the day to day operations of both the Fletcher and Franklin model centers. Kris also is a real estate agent ready to help customers in their search for the right property for their new home. kdotson@ahs-homes.com
Tommy Gooden Tommy is the Sales Manager of AHS' Fletcher NC model center. Tommy is a verteran of the Marine Corps and is a life long veteran of the housing industry. Tommy's family was involved in the housing industry and he received an early start in home construction. In his career, he has held many different titles, from Sales Manger, to Site Superintendent, to Service Manager, and he uses all of this knowledge to guide you through the sales process at AHS, providing quality housing at affordable pricing. tgooden@ahs-homes.com

Alternative Housing Solutions, LLC is based on three principles. The first principle is the "Golden Rule". Everyone must be treated in a manner that they themselves would want to be treated. The second principle is the high value we place in the family. We understand the product we sell will be the material residence of the home and is a large investment for the family. As such, we will offer product only that meets a set of high standards relating to quality, safety and energy efficiency. The third principle is the "partnership" principle. We hold a high standard of ethics that will insure our partners (customers, manufacturers, creditors, finance companies, banks, insurance companies and vendors) are treated with the highest ethics in the Modular housing Industry.

The mission of Alternative Housing Solutions, LLC is, in applying those stated principles, to be the best independent Modular Housing company in Western North Carolina as measured by customer satisfaction, financial strength, and market share.
